New Leadership Represents Organization’s Global Reach

At its recent Annual Meeting IMSA Search Global Partners elected their new President and Board, all seasoned Executive Search professionals with proven track records in a wide variety of practice areas and representing the global reach of the organization.


Thierry Goder, IMSA Search Global Partners Mauritius Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Alentaris Recruitment Limited, was elected IMSA Search President, with the following members affirmed in Board positions:

  • In new Vice Chair role, Sweden’s Petra Johnsson (Founder FXL/Findexecutives);
  • Continuing as Head of Marketing, USA’s Mitchell Berger (CEO Howard-Sloan Search);
  • Serving as CFO, France’s Thierry Baux (CEO B-Ressource);

And serving as at-large members:

  • Italy’s Marianna Carbonari (CEO Value for Talent)
  • Spain’s Jordi Berenguer (General Manager AdQualis Executive Search)
  • Morocco’s Achraf Iraqi (Partner Aston Associates)
