IMSA Search Global Partners Executive Leaders Gather in Vilnius, Lithuania

Recently IMSA Search Global Partners (IMSA Search) executive search leaders from five continents gathered for our annual in-person convening. With a new leadership team, we were particularly excited to meet face-to-face. Many IMSA Search members travelled long distances to attend, demonstrating the importance of being together in person.


Coming from different parts of the globe, we each brought a unique viewpoint on a range of topics impacting industries and talent acquisition today. We shared our individual perspectives, recognizing that the more knowledgeable we are about challenges and opportunities in other markets, the more successful we can be on behalf of our clients locally, regionally, and for cross-border searches.


In a session led by cyber expert, Dr. Vilius Benetis, CEO of NRD Cyber Security and a professor in Cybersecurity Learning at Kaunas Technology University, we explored, “Leadership: Navigating Challenges in a Global Ecosystem.” Dr. Benetis emphasized the value of networks that are built on professional relationships, the commitment to clients, and the willingness to contribute to their success.
