Stig-Rune Reese started in the recruitment and executive search business in 1997. In 2003, he established A`HEAD Executive together with two partners. Mr. Reese works with managerial positions both in the private and the public sector. Stig-Rune Reese is a certified user of numerous leadership assessment tools. He is an expert user of the Hogan Assessment Systems` psychometric tests. Apart from being a Board Member of IMSA Search, Stig-Rune is also holding the position of Head of IMSA Assessment Centre Of Excellence.
For over 15 years Monika recruits managers, executives, and board members while cooperating with international corporations, and large Polish accounts on behalf of Carpenter Consulting. Additionally, Monika holds the position of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Elevato Software, an innovative platform designed for managing HR processes i.e. recruitment, employees’ evaluations and development, talent management. She is also a CEO at new.doors, a company specializing in IT recruitments around Europe.
Marianna Carbonari has built up more than fifteen years of experience managing structured, complex executive search projects. She has carried out more than 400 searches to identify the best managerial profiles in the main industries of the Italian market. Before founding Value for Talent, she was a Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart Italy, where she worked for more than ten years, gaining an in-depth understanding of many industrial sectors and FMCP. In addition to holding the position of the Board Member, Marianna is developing the Practice Groups project within IMSA Search.
Jerry Chang has over 15 years of executive search experience in Asia. He has worked in Sydney, Los Angeles, Shanghai and currently managing Barons’ Hong Kong/China office. He was trained from BIG 4 accounting firm Deloitte & Touche and eventually moved into a commercial role taking up senior positions like CFO, General Manager in both multinational and domestic corporations. Apart from being a Board Member of IMSA Search, Jerry is also holding the position of Head of AI & New Technologies.
Mitchell Berger is Chief Executive Officer of Howard-Sloan Search. Joined the company in 1983 and assumed leadership in 1991. Under Mitch’s guidance, the organization has grown to become one of the leading global search firms. Mitch maintains a commitment to coaching people and to professionalism. His passion for coaching search consultants is matched by his enjoyment in having coached his daughters’ sports teams. Apart from being a Board Member of IMSA Search, Mitch is also holding the position of Head of Marketing & Public Relations.
