Thierry Goder, CEO of Alentaris Recruitment and Consulting Limited, stands at the helm of one of the region's foremost recruitment agencies. With a distinguished career spanning recruitment assignments for Government bodies, International NGOs, and private sector organizations in Mauritius and beyond, he is a respected figure in the field. Thierry's expertise extends to his pivotal role as a Facilitator on Interview Panels for various Ministries and Government Agencies, where he has contributed significantly to the selection of top talent. Moreover, he has undertaken numerous recruitment assignments for multinational corporations and prominent firms in both Mauritius and Africa, specifically focusing on C-suite and Senior Management placements. In addition to his remarkable recruitment acumen, Thierry is a certified international trainer. He has successfully delivered Leadership Development Programs across Africa, as well as conducted highly effective Interviewing Skills Workshops and Performance Management Systems (PMS) Training sessions. Marianna has twenty years’ experience in managing structured, complex Executive Search projects. She has carried out more than 500 searches to identify the best managerial profiles in the main industries of the European market. She has led complex market research both locally and internationally, as well as Salary Benchmarks and Corporate Governance projects. Marianna was previously Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart Italy, where she worked for over ten years, building in-depth knowledge of the Industrial and Consumer Goods spaces.
Mitchell Berger is Chief Executive Officer of Howard-Sloan Search. Joined the company in 1983 and assumed leadership in 1991. Under Mitch’s guidance, the organization has grown to become one of the leading global search firms. Mitch maintains a commitment to coaching people and to professionalism. His passion for coaching search consultants is matched by his enjoyment in having coached his daughters’ sports teams. Apart from being a Board Member of IMSA Search, Mitch is also holding the position of Head of Marketing & Public Relations.
Graduated in Business Administration & MBA from ESADE Business School Barcelona and HEC Paris, Jordi has developed his professional career in FMCG industry, holding different executive roles in leading global companies like Unilever, Wrigley, Mars and Upfield (KKR). After nearly 20 years in the sector and an extensive professional network behind, he joins AdQualis Human Results firm as General Manager for its C-Suite Search division in Barcelona office. Jordi provides a deep knowledge of business and management, together with a solid entrepreneurial mindset, which are extremely valuable and distinctive for headhunting and talent management. Additionally, he is an active media press writer and a passionate lecturer in university graduate programs. Jordi joins IMSA Search Board as a key support for Marketing & PR activities.
Achraf Iraqi is a Partner at Aston Associates. Since 2008, Achraf has successfully conducted many placements for senior and executive-level positions in North, West Africa and the Middle East. Achraf has started his career in Paris with Accenture, where he has participated and led a various projects within the Financial Services division, including a large scale of M&A projects and IT Transformation programs. Achraf holds a Master in Business & Finance from EDHEC Business School in Lille (2001).

Petra Johnsson has graduated EMBA, Executive Master of Business Administration from EFL in Lund supplemented with behavioral science. Petra is skilled in assessing the competence of managers and top-level executives, having solid experience in coaching and developing individuals’ abilities to think in new directions and bring executives and organizations to new levels. In 2022, Petra founded FXL I Findexecutives Sweden, while for the last 15 years was a partner in another consultant company in the field of Executive Search and Leadership development. Her focus is to recruit leaders who in turn create leaders who contribute to organizations that are more sustainable and have better profitability and which contribute to a better society.
