Petra Johnsson

Regional Vice President for Central & Eastern Europe

Managing Partner at IMSA Sweden

Petra Johnsson has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting for senior leadership positions and specialists in both the private and public sectors. Petra Johnsson has graduated EMBA, Executive Master of Business Administration from EFL in Lund supplemented with behavioral science.

Petra is skilled in assessing the competence of managers and top-level executives, having solid experience in coaching and developing individuals’ abilities to think in new directions and bring executives and organizations to new levels.

In 2022, Petra founded FXL I Findexecutives Sweden, while for the last 15 years was a partner in another consultant company in the field of Executive Search and Leadership development.

Achraf Iraqi

Regional Vice President for Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa

Achraf Iraqi is a Partner at Aston Associates. Since 2008, Achraf has successfully conducted many placements for senior and executive-level positions in North, West Africa, and the Middle East.

Achraf started his career in Paris with Accenture, where he has participated in and led various projects within the Financial Services division, including a large scale of M&A projects and IT Transformation programs.

Achraf holds a Master in Business & Finance from EDHEC Business School in Lille (2001).

David Nirenberg

Regional Vice President for Americas

Managing Partner at IMSA Canada

David brings business acumen and an innate curiosity to managing the complexity that is inherent in leadership excellence. He began his career practicing world-class sales and marketing management at Procter & Gamble. Following that, he launched and managed a strategic consulting firm focused on the SMB segment. In the next stage of his career, David was the EVP and GM of an international automotive consumer products company, responsible for all Canadian operations including sales and marketing, finance, human resources, manufacturing, operations and distribution. David went on to become a Partner at a Toronto-based search firm and helped grow the firm into one of the top 10 search firms in Canada. In 2001, his firm was acquired by TMP Worldwide. David worked through the merger, taking on new leadership roles in what evolved into a public company (Hudson Highland Group), where he served as the North American Vice President responsible for Human Capital Services and Products.

In 2003, David founded his own boutique executive search firm, which evolved into SKR Partners, and has since been delivering executive search and leadership advisory services to a variety of clients.

David has been a sessional Lecturer at McGill University as well as being a graduate of the Harvard Law School Program of Negotiation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from McGill University with concentrations in Marketing and Organizational Behaviour.

Jerry Chang 

 

Regional Vice President for Asia & Pacific (acting)

Jerry Chang graduated from Kellogg-UST eMBA program, was a qualified and practicing Chartered Accountant in Australia, and a Certified Public Accountant in the US.

Jerry Chang has over 20 years of executive search experience in Asia. He has worked in Sydney, Los Angeles, Shanghai and currently managing Barons’ Hong Kong/China office. He was trained by the Big4 accounting firm Deloitte & Touche and eventually moved into a commercial role taking up senior positions like CFO, General Manager in both multinational and domestic corporations. Most of all, truly understands the human resources issues and challenges confronted by foreign corporations operating in Hong Kong and China. His previous experience covers corporate restructuring, corporate financing, pre IPO work, China consumer products, and management consulting.

Jerry Chang was the past co-president of the Kellogg Hong Kong MBA alumni club, the past president of Diocesan Boys School Old Boys Association, and the past president of DSOBA Charitable Foundations Limited.
