IMSA Search announce new Member in Norway

IMSA Search is pleased to announce that our leading global executive search network has grown again. We are introducing the Search House from Norway as a new member. Our Network now consists of 22 member countries and 47 offices worldwide.

Introducing IMSA in Norway

Search House is the leading independent recruitment company in Mid-Norway, having expertise in methodology for business analysis, selection and process management, specially designed for the recruitment of executives and managers.

The company was established in the late autumn of 2012 by partners Jan Gunnar Storli, Jo Temre and Eilif Solem. From that day, the company founders have proved their experience in the fields of recruitment and selection of senior and other managers and specialists for, both the public and the private sector. Thanks to its unique knowledge, broad experience and excellent business insights, the company provides a deep understanding of client’s needs, business activities, corporate organisation and culture.

The current Managing Partner in Search House is Jan Gunnar Storli, who focuses on executive search and recruitment of senior management and Board Directors, as well as organisational development. The clients are mostly big organisations from a wide range of sectors:

• public agencies.

Storli has exercised a variety of operative leadership roles in the Norwegian Air Force, as an in-house consultant in the field of organisational and management development. He was also a Major appointed at the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, which he combined with 11 years’ experience in the private sector.

His experience comes from the periods spent both as a line manager within major organisations and as a consultant and manager within international consultancy firms.
