Adqualis (formerly MC Asociados) was founded in 1987. Since then, we have become one of the main Executive Search players in Spain. Through a solid team of senior consultants and partners, we sow and grow talent to boost organisational efficiency. We identify and provide organisations with executive and managerial talent depending on the requirements of their business, ensuring high performance of all candidates, with the aim of establishing a strong relationship with our clients.

Graduated in Psychology from the University of Barcelona (1992) and Philosophy (Analytical) from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Narcís started his career conducting laboratory research on the field of Neurosciences at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where he was Associate Professor. After a short work stay in an insurance company in the City of London, he decides to switch his career to Executive Search. Back in Spain, he joins a well known company as Sales Manager. Since 2000, he is the Commercial Director at Adqualis Executive Search, where he is involved in top executive searches in the fields of Life Sciences, FMCG and Industrial. He has got an extensive network on those sectors and a deep understanding of those businesses.
