Ms. Luminita Potorac-Roman is an entrepreneur & passionate HR professional with 18 years of experience. Her areas of expertise include Executive Search, Talent Management for senior management level (market & talent mapping, management assessment & succession executive career management), across various industries, on Romanian and regional markets.

Luminita began her career as a Legal Counsellor and continued in HR in different companies, prior to joining the Executive Search industry in 2008. Luminita is a continuous seeker of personal and professional growth, a long-term relationships builder, and creative in her everyday approach.  Mother of 2 children, she enjoys running and loves traveling.

Luminita holds an MBA degree in Business Administration awarded by Conservatoire National des Arts & Métier (Paris) and a Romanian – French Master degree in Business Economics from the University of Economic Studies (Bucharest); Luminita holds also a Master degree in Business Law and a bachelor’s degree in Law & International Relations from Nicolae Titulescu University (Bucharest).
