Thierry Goder is the CEO of Alentaris Ltd, one of the leading recruitment agencies in the region. He studied Law and Human Resources and has also an engineering background. He has been involved in recruitment assignments for Government bodies, International NGO’S and private sector organisations in Mauritius and abroad. He has supported various Ministries and Government Agencies as a Facilitator on Interview Panels. He conducted various recruitment assignments for some Multinational companies and leading firms in Mauritius and in Africa at Senior Management level. Thierry is a certified user of the DDI Targeted Selection programme – a comprehensive competency based selection model. Thierry has also delivered Leadership Development Programme in Kenya, Interview Skills Workshop & Performance Management Systems (PMS) Training. Thierry has also conducted HR Consulting assignment.
