Simone graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Psychology Major & Social Policy & Administration and a postgraduate in Human Resources. Simone founded Mondo Search – an Executive Search Consultancy in 1998 and has interviewed over 22 000 candidates and placed over 2800 high calibre leaders in business. Simone leads a tenured professional team who care about building long term relationships with clients.

Simone is a Committee Member of South Pacific Private Hospital and Director of Lived Experience Australia, Founder of The Women’s Resilience Centre. This is a place of long term healing for women who have suffered domestic abuse and trauma. Resetting lives and impacting future generations. Simone is passionate about living the best optimal life that you can live.

Simone is also a Volunteer Surf Life Saver for her local club. Simone enjoys spending time with family, being on the beach, in the surf, yoga, reading, cooking, travelling, and entertaining.
