Step-by-Step
- Our consultants are personally involved in each and every step of the search process, including all sourcing and analysis. We believe this approach enhances the advisory role of the consultant.
- Closely collaborating with our client, we will develop a full brief including a detailed specification of the role and person required. This will serve as a guide in determining who we would contact during the course of the project.
- We will develop and agree with the client a target list of organisations. Subsequently, we will search the field to identify individuals with closely matching experience and qualifications. Since people with the desired qualities are usually not actively looking for a new position, they must be pro-actively sought out. We will meet with these candidates, assess their experience in-depth, excite them with the new opportunity, and introduce appropriate candidates to the client.
