Steve HicksA Ford graduate trainee, attaining a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Hatfield Polytechnic. He joined Aston Martin Tickford, obtaining people and project management experience, before transferring to the then sister rail company, Beclawat, where he established a new joint venture.
