Consuelo CastillaAfter completing studies in Organizational Psychology, in 1987 Castilla founded her own Executive Search company, MC Asociados Executive Search. She is considered one of the best headhunters in Spain, being awarded the distinction of 'Most influential person in Headhunting' in 2007, conferred by specialized press.
Joan CohíJoan Cohí holds a Degree in Organizational Psychology and an MBA. His main asset is the network of contacts he brings amongst the higher levels of Spanish companies. Before joining MC Asociados Executive Search, his career has been related to big and multinational companies. He started his professional experience in the fragrances and flavours company Lucta.
Narcis TenasDegree in Psychology (focused on Psychobiology) from the University of Barcelona. Degree in Philosophy (focused on Analytical Philosophy) from the University of Barcelona. Research work done on Neurosciences at UAB (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona). Paper published at Experimental Brain Research.
