EPC (European Personnel Counsellors b.v.) was founded in 1979 and is a highly qualified consultancy in the domain of Executive Search and Headhunting.At its foundation EPC specialised in the ICT. In the mid eighties we changed our focus to the market segments of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics and industrial automation. In 1991 we added civil engineering to our specialities and in the following years we grew with the market segments installation technology, datacom and telecom. We have successfully filled a broad range of positions in sales, project management, account management, manufacturing, sales management and senior management.
EPC is a reputable and highly experienced company with a unique interview methodology and project approach: clear and immediate feedback, transparency, involvement and stimulating. A matter of IQ, EQ and AQ. From the initial interview beyond the start of the employment the EPC consultant is a personal coach for both candidate and client.

Ed Boeve is associate consultant and co-owner of EPC. Ed graduated in Naval Engineering and started as a marine engineer on Shell tankers. After travelling the world for Shell he returned to shore and started his civil career. His career developed from account manager, sales manager to managing director.
Stef de Haas is associate consultant and co-owner of EPC Stef graduated in Electrical Engineering. His career developed from inside sales, account management, sales management, marketing management to managing director. He has worked in the areas of building automation, industrial and process automation, electrical engineering, industrial safety and power generation.
