Managing Partner

Umberto Zerneri, High School Certificate in Sciences and attendance of the Faculty of Economics and Business for 4 years.

After the studies, he works assuming different functions and responsibilities in the Family companies, active in the production of mechanical components for the Automotive.

After the sales of the companies in 1988, he becomes General Manager or Managing Director in companies producing mechanical components, plants and machines for the plastic sector.

In 1995, after several contacts with Erre Emme as firm of Executive Search, he decides to join its Partners becoming the Main Partner and Managing Director.

He has contributed to its development in Italy opening the Offices in Bologna and Rome, and he has increased the contacts abroad through the network IMSA.

From then, he manages projects of search through Head Hunting only, with a preference for the mechanical sector for Italian companies of medium dimensions or for Italian Branches of multinational companies.

Biancalisa ROSSETTO

Biancalisa Rossetto was born in 1965 in Buenos Aires (Italian & Argentinean nationality). She holds a degree in Languages from the Milan University.

She has developed her professional career in Communications & Human Resources areas. She started in 1990 as an editor in a technical publishing group; then she joined Federchimica, the Italian Chemical Federation as Communication Manager for one of its associations.

She became a Human Resources management consultant in 1998, joining the consulting firm Studio Ambrosetti, which organizes the Economic Forums at Villa d’Este, Lake Como. From 2001 to 2003 she worked as a free lance on HR evaluation and development projects and in late 2003 she entered the profession of executive search joining the Italian office of an international executive search firm in Milan where she stayed until June 2006; after one year as a free lance she joined Erre Emme in June 2007. As a consultant she is experienced in industries such as Industrial components, Automotive components, Fashion, Services, Banking, Public Sector, Energy & utilities.

Biancalisa speaks Italian, Spanish, English and French. She knows Portuguese and the fundamentals of modern Greek.
