Erre Emme was founded in Milan in 1990 as Consultancy company for the Head-Hunting of Executives and Managers.
The inspiring philosophy of Erre Emme is to approach the Customer in a consulting and confidential way.
The need of the Client is analysed and examined carefully considering the organization, the processes and the culture of the company.
This permits to interact with the Customer to define in the best way the profile to be searched in according to the needs of the moment, but considering also the future ones.

Our main Clients are the Italian industrial companies of medium dimensions with Family and/or Executive Management and the Italian Branches of multinational companies.
Since 1999 Erre Emme is a Partner of the International Network I.M.S.A.
In 2006, the company joined the Lavorint Group, founded in 2001, which is active in several areas concerned with valorising Human Resources, and present throughout Italy with around 60 offices. After this, Erre Emme incorporated the company Kuber & Partner, which today is its Middle Management Division. The current situation allows Erre Emme to use efficient synergies with the other activities of the group, and wide national and international mobility.
