Mr. Rajaram spends 75% of his time serving clients in recruiting Directors, CEO, COO and top management executives for the large companies like Essar, Hindalco, Century amongst others.
With over 15 years of experience in this field, he has developed valuable insights into organizational dynamics across the industry segments.
Mr. Rajaram spends 25% of his time leading and managing the firm in activities such as recruiting and developing new Consultants; developing marketing programs; developing new search process techniques and developing added-value services.
Prior to co-founding TalentAhead, he was a partner in the Indian operations of Stanton Chase and before that held senior management responsibilities in ABC Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Ltd., both of which are leading recruitment companies in India.
