Pierre-Yves Stintzy is 42 years old, married and has 3 children.

He holds a M.Sc. of Ecole Centrale Paris.

He started his career in 1986 at the Compagnie Bancaire Paribas and joined the Caisse des Depots et Consignations in 1991, in charge of the defeasance activities in Europe.

In 1995, he joined Staff Consultants as Managing Consultant and has been promoted Managing Director and Partner in 1999.

His personal assignments are mostly focused on industrial sectors with a major in purchasing, logistics and supply chain.

His hobbies are bridge, crosswords and golf.

Caroline MERICQ

Caroline Mericq is 40 years old, married and has 4 children.

She is graduated in Economics (Paris II) and Post-Graduate in International Business.

She started in executive search in 1990 before joining Egon Zendher International in 1994 as Senior Search Assistant mostly focused in industry and consulting sectors.

Consultant at Staff Consultants since 1999, she was promoted Managing Consultant in 2003.

Her personal assignments include searches in all sectors with a major in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

Her hobbies are skiing, golf and travel.

Guy RICHARD

Guy Richard is 50 years old, married and has a child.

He holds a Master Degree from HEC Business School.

Before joining Staff Consultants in 1988, he had a career as an entrepreneur.

Managing Consultant, he is in charge of the consultancy practice with a focus on Human Assets Portfolio, an innovative tool in evaluation of human capital.

His hobbies are literature and skiing.
