.We accept fees only from client's, never from potential candidates. Engagements are accepted solely on a professional retainer fee basis.
.We limit the number of clients we work with in any one industry sector to avoid the "hands off"challenges faced by other firms.
.We will refrain from recruiting candidates hired by our clients through our efforts indefinitely.
.We agree that we will comply with all laws and statutes regarding discrimination, equal employment opportunity and human rights in general.
