Jens Otto Tram is Partner and Managing director
in Executive Partner International.
Jens conducts search assignments for Danish
and International clients.
Before joining Executive Partner International
Jens was consultant and responsible for a division
as well as Associate Partner with two major
international search companies.
Previously Jens Otto Tram has held leading
positions within sales-, marketing and general
management in the chemical and pharmaceutical
industry where he successfully has launched
a wide range of products in the Nordic area.
Jens represents 25 years of business experience
from various positions in multinational companies.
In both Search and Selection Jens has a strong
network - national and international - and he
is an experienced searcher with major companies
with strong results on all organisational levels.
Jens Otto Tram holds an education from the
Royal Danish Navy and has been teaching at the
Military Academy. Additionally he holds a diploma
in sales, marketing and HR development.

Brian Amossen, Partner
Brian Amossen is partner in Executive Partner
International. Brian conducts search assignments
for Danish and International clients. Before
joining Executive Partner International Brian
was responsible for one of the leading golf
stores in Denmark. He has a position as a board
member in Europe's major on course golf company.
Brian has held leading positions in marketing,
general management, business selection and terms.
Previously Brian was involved in DGU as a teacher
and developer of the Danish elite golf education.
In close relationship with Team Denmark and
the Danish national coach, he participated in
the foundation of the golf education used today.
Brian represents 18 years of business experience
from various positions in international companies.
In both search and selection he has a strong
network, national and international.
Brian is a searcher with the specialty of combining
the business contacts between Sweden and Denmark.
Brian holds a education from the PGA and the
Danish business school, including economic and
psychology.

Peter Thorlai Jensen, Partner
Peter Thorlai Jensen is a partner in Executive
Partner International where he conducts search
assignments for Danish & International clients.
Before joining Executive Partner International,
Peter was responsible for the sales and marketing
of FMCG with two major Danish manufacturers. International
business has been a great part of Peter's career
living abroad in Paris, New York, Lagos, Los Angeles
and Tokyo for a period of 5 years. More than 20
years of business experience from various positions
in multinational companies based in Denmark.
Peter is a thorough sparring partner to the HR
manager as well as to the line manager looking
for the right person to fill a position with the
client. Furthermore, Peter looks behind the façade
of the candidate to identify the true values of
the individual.
Peter holds a HD degree from the Copenhagen Business
School.
