Mr. Jerry CHANG
Director of Barons & Company
Jerry Chang is the Director of Barons &
Company. He provides executive search and management
consulting services to domestic and international
corporations in financial services, consumer
products, technology, retail and manufacturing.
Mr. Chang has over 8 years of executive search
experience in Asia. He has worked in Sydney,
Los Angeles, Shanghai and currently managing
Baron's Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. He was
trained from BIG 5 accounting firm Deliottes
& Touche and eventually moved into commercial
role taking up senior positions like CFO, General
Manager in both multinational and domestic corporations.
His previous experience covers corporate restructuring,
corporate financing, pre IPO work, China consumer
products and management consulting.
Mr. Chang graduated from Kellogg-UST eMBA program,
a qualified Chartered Accountant from Australia
and a Certified Public Accountant from the U.S.
He has a multicultural background and has worked
for Australian, American, European and Chinese
corporations. He is well versed in English,
Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghainese. Most of
all, truly understands the human resources issues
and challenges confronted by foreign corporations
operating in Hong Kong and China.
