Cedric Meister - President

President of IMSA. IMSA Switzerland.

Focused on searching for and selecting top executives, middle managers and qualified specialists for national and international companies in the following sectors: Industrial, Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Trade, Healthcare, Utilities and Telecommunications, Transportation and Logistics, and Professional Service Advisors.

Narc�s Tenas

MC Asociados Executive Search. IMSA Spain, responsible for LatinAmerica.

Degree in Psychology (focused on Psychobiology) from the University of Barcelona. Degree in Philosophy (focused on Analytical Philosophy) from the University of Barcelona. Research work done on Neurosciences at UAB (Universitat Aut�noma de Barcelona). Paper published at Experimental Brain Research.

From 2000, Sales Director at MC Asociados Executive Search. Wide expertise recruiting top executives and middle managers for multinational companies in the fields of Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Industrial. Deep knowledge, networking and understanding of those markets.

Dr. Regina Gatterer

Consent Betriebsberatung GmbH. IMSA Austria, Slovakia, Czech.

Degree in Psychology from the University of Vienna. Degree in Business Philosophy (focused on business ethics) from the Open Course University Hagen. Expertise in Personal Management, Systemic Consulting, NLP and Systemic Constellations. Wide ranging experience in recruiting, personnel consulting and development as well as training experience both in Austria and abroad.

From 1994 Partner of Consent Personalberatung. Since 2005 Member of the Board IMSA International Executive Search, Quality, Control and Organisation, responsible for CEE.

Wolfgang Kasper

Schaaf Peem�ller + Partner. IMSA Germany, responsible for Europe & Africa.

Masters degree in commerce. Married, 1 son, 1 daughter. Studied at the University of the Federal Armed Services, Hamburg.

Industrial experience with Olympus Optical Co. (Europa) GmbH, Hamburg, with Management positions in Marketing and Sales of Medical equipment. Later becoming Marketing and Sales Director Europe for Cameras and Dictating Systems.

He then joined a well-known Frankfurt-based consultancy as Partner, and subsequently became a Founding Partner of Schaaf Peem�ller + Partner, Frankfurt.

Philippe Levy

Staff Consultants Group. IMSA France, responsible for Business Development.

Philippe Levy is married and has 2 children. He holds a Law Degree from the University of Strasbourg and is a Lecturer in the same university. Since 1979, the year he founded Staff Consultants, he has focused on recruitment and executive search. His personal assignments include searches for almost all functions for large as well as mid size organizations.

Besides his professional activities, he is member of the Research on Digestive Cancer Institute. His hobbies include collecting art, cuisine and literature.

Mike Woodhouse

Factura Executive Search. IMSA UK, responsible for Marketing.

Mike is married with one son. He has an MA in Engineering Science from Oxford University, and an MSc in Digital Electronics form Aston. A Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, and Member of Institute of Engineering & Technolgy.

Experienced in Industry in Sales and General Management at Director level with global companies including Metal Box (Packaging), ITT Flygt (Water and Utilities), Tomkins (Logistics) and QinetiQ (Defence,Aerospace and Technology). He moved into Executive Search in 2007

Outside of the office Mike is a Magistrate, and a Governor at Pedmore Technology College.

Monika Ciesielska

University of Gdansk graduate with the specialization within financial analyses. Received Master degree at the Warsaw School of Economics. For 7 years, she has been working on managerial positions in international IT corporations. Since many years, she is a personnel counseling professional assessing competencies of managers and top executives, conducting Executive Search and Assessment projects.

An expert in assessing competences including use of copyright informatics systems and an advisor within human resources management. Author of many press publications for trade papers and business oriented publications.

Each free moment she spends in a horsey club, where she trains in dressage. Seasonally skis. Achieved second chess category.
